1. How may I submit my resume?
Once you have identified a position that matches your qualifications, please visit the company website and apply on-line. You may apply with or without a resume by choosing the appropriate button on there company web site. return

2. What if I do not have a resume?
If you do not have a resume, 1st you most visit the company website then you may apply by completing the on-line application form by using the link on there site. return

3. May I apply for more than one position at a time?
You may apply to as many positions as you like, BUT to submit a cover letter and or resume targeted for a specific position of interest, you should apply separately (e.g., go to each company website then you can click one of the "Apply" buttons). At this time, it is the only way to connect the appropriate cover letter to its corresponding position. return

4. May I include a cover letter with my resume, and if so, to whom shall I address it?
It is not necessary to address a cover letter to a specific individual. If you would like to include a cover letter, please paste it in the appropriate text box on the company website. Note that when applying to multiple jobs it is best to customize your cover letter, and apply to each job individually. return

5. May I send in my resume without specifying interest in a particular position/job number?
Most companys do not provide a vehicle for submitting unsolicited resumes. But the companys that do will be those noted in the job description section of the posting accept Speculative application for CV's. return

6. If I submit a resume on-line, should I also mail a copy for the same position?
No, unless the job description specifically requests that additional information be submitted. In most cases, one resume submitted via the company web site is sufficient. If you receive the confirmation message and e-mail, you can be sure that the company received your application. return

7. If a job was posted a few months ago and remains on the web site, is it really still open?
Yes. We update the job postings frequently. If a job is listed on our web site, it is considered open. Please be aware some jobs take longer to fill than others and may remain open for longer periods of time. If a company or department has a specific close date in mind, it will be noted in the job description section of the posting. return

8. How do I find out the salary range for a particular position?
The number or letter which follows the job number in the description section of the posting represents the position's level or grade. You may check the corresponding salary range for a position by visiting the company web site. If no code appears, the salary range will depend upon experience. return

9. What can I expect as a starting salary?
Type of experience and years, internal equity, and external market data are reviewed by each company in order to determine starting salaries. return

10. How do I know that the company received my on-line resume?
Once you have submitted a resume, a confirmation from the company that they have received your resume. If a problem occurs during the transmission of your resume. You will be asked to resubmit your resume at that time. If you supply an e-mail address, you will also receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours. If you provide an e-mail address and don't receive confirmation, it is likely that the address was entered incorrectly. return

11. What happens to my resume once I submit it?
Your background and qualifications will be reviewed by a recruiter or the hiring department. If they feel that there is an appropriate match between your skills and qualifications and those required in the position, you will be contacted. Each company receive resumes from many qualified applicants and regret that we are not always able to provide ongoing information on the status of a resume once it is forwarded to the hiring department. return

12. When will I hear back from the Company?
When you apply on-line, you will receive immediate web notification and an additional e-mail (if you supply an e-mail address) confirming that your material has been received. Please understand that the review process takes time. You will be contacted by the hiring department or a recruiter if either feels that an initial screening would be appropriate. return

13. Is there someone I can call to follow up with regarding my interest in the Company?
Due to the high volume of applicants interested in employment, you must wait to be contacted by a hiring department or recruiter of that company. They receive resumes from many qualified applicants and regret that we are not always able to provide ongoing information on the status of a resume once it is forwarded to the hiring department. return

14. May I contact the hiring department to find out more about the job?
The hiring departments of each company prefer that you not contact them directly. You are welcome to visit the web site(s) of the company(s) that interest you in order to find out more about the work being done there. return

15. How to Apply to the jobs?

While we do post occasional temporary positions, and summer openings. We would recommend that you perform occasional key word searches using the word "temporary." Our web site is updated frequently so please check in often. return
