Private employment agencies have only been able to operate in Austria since
1994.
It may be useful to contact the Recruitment and Employment Confederation REC.
REC is a trade association of private agencies, and can provide addresses of

students in science, engineering, technology and related fields.

Postgraduate education is offered in universities and the university level
institutions of music, drama and art.
Approximately 12.5% of university students in Austria are foreign.
A UK Masters degree or even an Austrian qualification may be required for entry
to a doctoral programme.
Living costs vary and, while part-time work may assist funding some expenses, it
is unlikely to cover all costs.

A UK graduate with additional Austrian qualifications may be more valued by
employers.
Nationals of pre-2004 European Union EU member states and the European Economic
